Q: When will my product(s) be dispatched?

A. We try to send the products within one working day of an order being placed. Products are sent using postal tracking methods so you can easily track and follow the progress of your order.

Q: When will my product(s) arrive?

A. We send all the products via reliable and trusted logistics partners. Most packages tend to arrive within five working days from the day of order placing and dispatch. All packages are traceable and can be tracked via tracking numbers that are directly shared with you! So don’t break into a sweat, we got your parcel handled with care.

Q: What if my parcel gets lost?

A. Your parcel will reach you. However, if you find that after two weeks from the date of placing an order, you still have not received your parcel, please do reach out to us and we will do everything we can to find your product and get it to you.

Q: Can I track my order?

A. Absolutely! All parcels can be tracked via a unique tracking ID that is shared with you immediately after dispatch.

Q: Is there a cash-on-delivery service available?

A. Unfortunately, we do not have any cash-on-delivery facility on our website. However, you can easily avail COD on Amazon.
